We went to the cafe on lower ground floor and had the worst experience EVER ! Once we arrived arrived, another table opposite us were complaining about lack of service and 1hr wait for food. We thought we should leave but decided to give it a chance. What a bad decision !I ordered veggie pizza which arrived 1 hour later (!) and covered in parma ham, when i explained i was vegetarian the waiter asked if a wanted the ham removed ! ! ! ! !Also rocket salad starter arrived minus the rocket salad.... Red wine was served in a white wine glass (they couldnt even get that right) on top of this they slapped on a 12.5% service - not optional! The restaurant upstairs was their priorty and they completely neglected the people dining in the cafe downstairs. Are we not good enough??
