My colleagues and I visited the Dockmaster for our Christmas lunch. What a suprise awaited us! The service was hurried andunfriendly. I had never seen such an array of bland, cold and uninterestingfood in my life. Most of us complained about the different dishes we chose. Not only was the food of such poor standard, the atmosphere was cold and uninviting. Though I had informed the restaurant that wewill be dining between 3-7pm. The waiter asked us to leave earlier to makeway for the evening guests - even though we had no finished our drinks. After spending hundreds of pounds for an unpalatable meal, we decided tomake the most of the night and did not leave until we all had a good laugh.
