An unpleasant experience.
The restaurant was far too cold (2 of our party wore their coats all evening); Too few waiters (it took 2 ˝ hours from sitting down to finishing our main courses - we left without desert or coffee); our orders were incorrect; and, items that never arrived were still put on the bill.
Staff did not dealt with our complaints! I complained to our waiter about the level of attention out table was getting – he did not care! I asked to see the Maitre three times, he came only on the first occasion, and told me he would speed up the service – he didn’t. I complained to the waiter when he brought our bill – he told me “not to come back”!
I should add that the food once we got it was excellent – if I was the chef I would be outraged by the other staff’s incompetence!
