Not impressed. After waiting 45 minutes for a burger (for my partner)and a chicken ceasser salad for me - the chicken on the salad was raw and still bloody- when i complained they said they would cook it a bit longer. After seeing raw and still bloody chicken I was no longer hungry and said to the manager I was disappointed to wait 45 minutes for raw chicken - she argued that we had not been waiting that long, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. We used to eat there regularly - but now will always go elsewhere.

Really ordinary. Food took 45 mins to arrive, despite the fact we were one of two couples eating. The chicken was so undercooked it was bloody; the burger had no salad, just a hunk of cheese thrown on it. Complaints were met by a shrug of the shoulders, and they charged us the maximum for service. Won't be going back there.

Arrived at 4pm with friends for Sunday lunch to be told that their lunch menu (which is advertised as continuing up 5pm) was no longer available as they had run out of food! but we could order from the full priced menu instead. When we enquired if we would be charged the lunch menu prices we were told that that option was not possible. We left and had a most enjoyable meal next door. Are all uk eateries this stupid? surely not.

Was not impressed at all by the service or food. I complained when I got my food and it was raw. The manager mumbled an apology - and I waited over 20 minutes for my food to get back to me! They knocked money off the bill, but were not very helpful or concerned that they had just served raw lamb.
