Fantastic night out! Would deffinantly recommend. Will be going there again in the near future! Food, prices, atomsphere, everthing was great!

My friends asked the waitress if it would be ok to order a different starter to the set menu, the waitress told them that it was ok to do this but there would be a small additional charge which seemed quite reasonable. However, when the bill arrived they were being charged as if they had ordered from the a la carte menu, it did take quite a long time for the head waiter to amend the bill, the waitress had denied that there had been any conversation prior to our order being made! The service was very slow and staff very unattentive, not up to their usual standard. I doubt that we will return.

Very disappointing!! Returned cold food, no apology, no recogonition of poor service, expected to pay service charge. NEVER AGAIN.

Wines + beer expensive not my favourite anymore. Better menu in high street.

Not a good experience.Whilst they were sympathetic to our complaints of very hard carrots, crushed potatos and mediocre sea bass, with offers of a Tia Maria there was no offer of removing the cost from the bill. We went there on the strength of this site. Never again.

I recently went to Prima Donnas in West Wickham. Nothing was too much trouble I arranged for a gift to beleft behind the bar while we ate behind the bar and even though we were a little late for arrival, nothing was a problem the service was relaxed and the hostess in reception made sure that the gift was brought out and presented at the right moment. We brought our own cake which was not a problem they even served very posh with cream with out us even asking. Nothing was too much and the price was excellent too. They were rushed of there feet but it was great. I would strongly recommend. Will be returning in the near future as I felt like a star for the evening excellent what eating out is all about.

Had another birthday meal on Saturday lunchtime 6th.June. Sons 18th. Eleven of us and we all had a lovely 3 courses over a couple of hours. No rush, great service and great food. My second visit and can't wait till the next time. Maybe someone will treat me then?

Prima Donna's is one of my favourite local restaurants. The Sunday lunch menu is excellent quality and value. The updated al carte menu is also very good with an extensive choice. The waiting staff are very helpful and will always offer advice if you are too spoilt for choice. Overall a lovely local restaurant with a great atmosphere!

I have been lucky enough to go to Prima Donna's a number since it opened & don't think I have ever had a bad meal (& trust me working in the hospitality industry makes for a discerning palate). The service is fantastic & all the waiting staff are very helpful and attentive. The brilliant selection of dishes on their menu sometime makes choosing a little difficult, but that is a challenge that I will gladly have. Special occasions - not a problem, freshly made cream cakes & table decorations all available for your enjoyment.Whether you are there for a birthday party, Saturday night a la carte, mid week dinner or Sunday lunch you will have a fantastic experience. Enjoy!!!

Very nice service the best restaurant I have ever been too, loved it 5 star.

Not enough staff to serve the table efficiently also a friend dropped flowers and a card off 30 minutes before our party arrived with instructions to place these on the table. These were left behind the bar, my friend contacted staff the next day to complain, she was told we would have to pick them up, they was still behind the bar the day after, without water. Disgusting.

I think the atmosphere, service and food are all excellent. Surprised at another reviewer's comments that she was unable to blow out the candles on her cake. We certainly did not have this experience. We were broght the lit candles to be blown out, waiter offered to cut the cake and serve it - all before any mention of a sweet menu.

It was my favourite restaurant but been going down hill. Food not so good and same old menu. New restaurant in high street much better.

A lovely looking restaurant, great food, beautifully served very friendly and cheerful staff. Manager was extremely helpful with my disabled husband, for which we thank him and his staff.

It is the bestest restaurant ever! I went there for my birthday recently and had the best meal ever. The staff are lovely and the handsome head chef was lovely! My cake was gorgeous and the meal was even better than 5 star!

Once again another great meal, and staff always friendly.

Delicious food. Loved every minute of it. If you are looking for a night out Prima Donnas is the place.

Prima Donna's what can I say. I love it! I go there is lovely and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Try it!

I went there last night with my wife. Both of us are vegetarians (well Ange eats fish), and there were plenty of veggie options on the menu. Generally the veggie options are much cheaper than the meat options. Ange had asparagus to start, salmon main, and creme brulee. She felt all her dishes were delicious, and I've never seen her so happy with the taste of her food. Myself, I had the soup of the day (asparagus), tagliatelle with tofu and chillis, and chocolate icecream. I felt my soup was very peppery and too hot (temperature), and I think the pasta dish was perhaps not the best to show off their good cooking. The icecream was nice though! Next time, I'll choose differently, and I'm sure will have a more glowing report. As for the restaurant itself, I think it's trying hard to be something really special, but falling at the final hurdle. I'd still say it's the best place I've been in the area though. Service was decent and fast, although the waiters asked me questions 3 times just as I had put food in my mouth, which was mildly embarrassing. We liked the ambiance, although our table was under a very hot light, which made us slightly uncomfortable. We'll be going again for sure.

Wow what can I say? Top class restaurant! Amazing food, atomsphere and staff! Whatever the occasion, birthdays, mother's day or just a night out, Prima Donna's is the best place to be to wine and dine. Try the prawns with tomato and feta to start and the steak with garlic sauce for a main! All the desserts are yummy!

I have eaten here several times. Often taking my managerial staff for lunch, I have only been disappointed by food here once and it appears that it was a fluke. In fact myself and my husband will go their tonight.

I think it was awful. I asked for lobster but I got cod instead I asked for the bill but they said "do you want to look at the desert and coffe menu". They were trying to charge me £82.59 for two items on the menu and the service is very slow . I had to wait 1 hour and 30 mins for my main course trust me do not go there it is awful.

Food is very nice, great atmosphere...however, went there for my 21 birthday and wasn't allowed to blow out the candles on my cake, because they wanted us to buy puddings, in the end my kind uncle offered to pay the amount it would cost for the puddings just so i could cut my cake - very disappointing end to the evening!!

This is one of my favourite restaurants in the London/Kent area. I recently visited to celebrate my 40th birthday, the food was excellent as usual, the atmosphere was brilliant, and the staff were very friendly. Thankyou for making my 40th birthday such a special event, p.s the birthday cake was delicious. My advice to any one reading this review is go and visit Prima Donnas, you won't be disappointed.

Went to restaurant for my mates birthday. Had a great time, and nice food! Heard that chateau premier is reopening, now this was a fun restaurant - not sure who has my vote for the future!

I would Highly recommend this restaurant. The food is of great quality, a favourite of the area. A new exciting updated menu including excellent fresh fish which is always avaliable.

Standard and service is still very good but feel that of late it has become rather over-priced - particularly charging for bread!

We really enjoyed our meal and had a fantastic selection of fresh seafood: Lobster, Prawns & Oysters etc... The staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant has a great Mediterranean ambience. They also do a set menu 2 courses for £16 which is very good value and I have been told that Saturday lunchtime there is very relaxing and apparently their Sunday lunch menu is very popular so you need to book in advance. Would highly recommend that you visit for yourself.

One of the few restaurants that can cope with my 2 kids, my fussy husband and disabled mum. We love it for coping with all our special needs.

Fantastic restaurant, has all the class of a top inner london restaurant. Good variety of dishes on the menu and excellent service by the staff, very professsional. Quality of food and drink also top class. Best restaurant I have been to outside of London. Highly recommend.

Prima Donnas is my favourite south London Restaurant. It has established itself as a reliable and consistent place for me to take my clients for a business lunch. I have on occasions also visited in the evenings and found the friendly and informal atmosphere very enjoyable. The food is always interesting, very well presented and delicious. I expecially enjoy the fresh fish & seafood - it's out of this world! Go see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic, atmosphere and food what a place. Feels like a holiday fresh fish was excellent.

Great food, great prices, great menu.

This is one of my favourite restaurants. Normally you have to book in advance but I would recommend going on a Sat lunchtime where pre-booking shouldn't be necessary. The menu is reasonably priced and there is a diverse selection of food. The evening menu has had some new dishes added to it and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have recently reccommended a number of friends and organisations there and not one of them has been disappointed. When it first opened it was fairly expensive but the prices have not gone up much in the last 10 years and they have introduced a number of fixed price menus which represent terrific value for money. Go and enjoy!

Has gone downhill since it opened, the menu is now very stale and the service is lacklustre. Expensive.
