I've been a regular here for quite a few years now and I have to say that I've never had a problem apart from choosing what to eat from the choice they have on offer. It can sometimes be a little quiet during the weekdays but the weekends are extremely busy and don't be surprised if you wait a while because there are plenty of regulars like me who come here every week. It's a family-run business and the people working there are extremely friendly and you can have some very interesting chats with them....provided they're not too busy! At the weekends you'll find the son and daughters helping out at the counter and the service they provide is also excellent. The food is fantastic and is pretty well regarded by people locally, especially regulars like me and my family.

Sometimes I wonder if the diversity of the mixed cuisine take away restaurants is their downfall. As the name suggests this is primarily Chinese, but with English dishes as well. Having a mixed selection one evening it was all disappointing. The Chinese food seemed over cooked and seemed to have been reheated rather than cooked to order, and even the omelette and chips were lukewarm and soggy. Service was okay, but as I was the only customer in 20 minutes perhaps other people are voting with their feet.
