Went to this restaurant in November and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was lovely, manager and staff were freindly. They serve all their wine in tumblers which is a splendid quirky touch and the atmosphere is superbly cosy. What a great find, can't wait to return!

Visited 2/6/4 during what appeared to be a chaotic period as every mishap was being blamed on the manageress being in London for the day, my meal was good but drinks served in wrong glasses, white wine in a tumbler and a pint of lager for my lady friend although ordering a 1/2. Friend was a coeliac and despite ordering a plain burger with nothing other than chips got coleslaw and bread with the burger !!!! Lots more to write think I have made a point.

Extremely disappointing. I ordered a plain burger and explained I am a coeliac and therefore allergic to gluten - what did they do? Bring the burger back without bread - not a pleasant experience afterwards, they had assured me it was a NEW BURGER but it wasnt... so, I end up with a very nasty tum for days becuase of them!! The way it was run was a shambles - a five year old girl rushing round while daddy explained to all the customers that "mummy has gone to london". Not very professional at all I wont be returning, shame because it was recommended!!

We went to this restaurant last Saturday (24th Jan 04). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal - although billed as a vegetarian restaurant, it does in fact have meat on the menu too. Nice atmosphere - reminiscent of a Parisian Bistro in Montmartre! Seating "cosy"!
